A Little History…

Brantwood Subdivisions namesake, George Brant, was the original owner of the property in this area and he tended crops on his farm. Then Wicker Memorial Park was built in the mid 1920’s, just north of the farm. This prompted Brant to begin developing his farmland into the towns first residential subdivision. Brant’s son and grandson then went into the home building business.

They were not just average builders though. The family had a vision for their new neighborhood and only built upscale custom homes, designed for professionals. The varied styles of two story, Cape Cod, and ranch homes in brick and cedar give Brantwood its distinctive  look and feel that is very much in demand right now.

Children in this subdivision attend Warren Elementary School. Homes do not come on the market very often in Brantwood, so expect to pay a little more than town average.
